My hero, and you posted this just in time! The blower motor in my 2014 has been chattering for two and a half years, but finally quit working last week. No other video on KZbin shows the removal of that kick plate that covers it. Thank you!

Well yesterday the no air was coming from the vents and today it's perfectly normal blowing like new . my professional mechanic friens said it's not the filter . it's the relay or blower motor 15 Fusion SE 2.5

@@isaiahwilson5207 it was burned compressor clutch. I had it replaced with a few related parts. Mostly just verrry good .

How did you get the back screw the bundle of wires with the black ziptie is in the way for me I can get the other 2 screws not that one

I need some advice, recently my 2016 fusion SE has had varying air conditioning strengths. I’ll have it at a constant setting but I can hear the air coming out of the vents go up and down, is this a blower motor issue?

Have you replaced the filter? Could be the blower. The actuators will change cold and warm air. One of the other actuators move air from the vent to defrost. I would change hot to cold to see if it changes. Cars are different depending on the options.

Omg 😳 Are you telling me it's way Way easier to replace that blower than my cabin Air fFlter!! .son if a gon i can Fipx the my son if a bubbin 2013 Black Ford Fusion SE . .... If that's the case i can stop my blower from chirping Mine had like an inch and a half if debris in top if my cabin airdilter it was impossible not to drop debris into the blower Mine still turns sometimes but it reverberates like the skinny high school kid got the piece of wood jammed into the surface planer and the wood was bouncing the skinny upper classman himself up and down ( not really that load but same sound ( High School wood shop class memory). well my car still chirps like that until to stops the blower and sure that i need to get the debris out of the blower housing. ( Tomorrow)
