The Ford Ranger is a pickup truck that can have different facets. It can offer, for example, a cab-only chassis, various intermediate options, as well as a double cab - as in the Wildtrak version I received for testing. The 2023 Ford Ranger Wildtrak also features good equipment, as well as off-road capability. However, this is not the maximum this model can afford, so it can be considered that we are dealing with an intermediate option here. Under the hood of the test unit of this pickup was a 2.0 EcoBlue 205 hp diesel, which was paired with a 4x4 drive and an A10 automatic transmission. In the test, I also tell how the Ford Ranger 2023 performs as an everyday pickup, for driving mainly on paved roads. In addition, I check its build quality, how it handles the SYNC 3 system, and how the LED headlights work.
