@@Ben.Builds. how long did the front take? And it looks like from the website it only takes up to the 2014 tailgate, I really want the newer raptor tailgate I wonder if it would fit with some modifications.

The front took a couple weeks for the front and about a week for the back. I know their website says it only takes the 2014 tailgate, but I think its because of the gaps in between the tail lights and tail gate. I fixed that by creating some small panels to fill those gaps and painted them to match the paint of the truck. You could give it a try. If you take on this project you will be doing a lot of custom brackets and parts to make everything fit.

@@Ben.Builds. that’s fine I’m used to fabricating myself, thanks for the info. The site says after reading it it takes a 2015-2017 tailgate so I guess it should work but in the picture it shows the 2014. I’m undecided if I want to do this to my extra cab or find a 4 door and do it to that instead.

Best looking F'raptor (fake Raptor)I've seen to date. Good job 👍👍👍 That body kit really updated and enhanced your F150. I got lucky enough to find a real 2010 Raptor SVT, mine is also a super cab. I said if I couldn't afford a real one then I'd see about getting a Ford Ranger and having this done to one, but it turns out they make these body's for the Rangers now as well. Once you get those panels back on inside the wheel wells and across the bed it will look even better. And you can get a tailgate for about 450.00 with the Raptor badge, if you wanted to go all out. But it looks good what you did so far regardless.

Thanks. I bolted it along the top edge and the bottom/wheel wells.

I bought mine from a company called Fiberwerx. The kit was The Raptor conversion kit for 2004-2008 F-150. However there are other companies that have fiberglass conversion kits.

What are you gonna do about the wheel fitment. The wheels look like they don't stick out enough.

What else did you want to know? The tail lights installed pretty easy. I only had to cut out a small area for them to fit in. Drill some holes. The plug should fit the bottom light and just need to change the bulb for the top light.

Did you run into fitment issues? I just pulled off the sides and it looks like it will fit but they dont i made sure to buybthe 6.5 for my truck and measuring the new panels. Did you have to trim anything?

How do the new fiberglass bed sides attach? Flat head bolts? Glued? Bracing? What?

I used glue and self tapping screws. You could use flat head bolts, but I would make sure to use glue.

How did you attach the gas filler mine seams not be long enough ? Did you buy a different filler line ?

You could use a longer line. I didn’t extend it, which made it kind of annoying to fill up the tank.

I don't know forsure. Thats what Fiberwerx claims. I just used the tailgate on my 2008, and it worked fine.
