In the 1920's, a patent was filed by Alfred Hubbard for Radio Active Spark Plugs incorporating radium, uranium, thorium or polonium to create a conductive path between spaced electrical conductors. Then, in the 1940's, Firestone actually made (Firestone Radioactive Spark Plugs with Polonium-210)!!! Lots of info out there about it, & you can still buy these original (Radioactive Spark Plugs) listed on fleebay, but the radioactivity 1/2 life was only 138 days from manufacturing.... The theoretical concept apparently worked & effective for enhanced combustion.

Your submarine part reminded me of the old Bob Newhart skit on the submarine crew.

Do you see a future with a nuclear-powered car? If so, would you buy one?

This feel like the Ford equivalent of rovers Jet 1, the jet powered car. The Space Needel is painted orange again today, it looks like a giant gun range target!!

Good material. Terrible presentation. You don't need to combine both aspects of your personality (being bad and being smart) in your videos. Just cash on your ability to research and your knowledge, instead of your look. By making more mature videos, you can have much more audience. Have another channel, it being bad is something that you want to have its audience too.

It bugs me when people say "nu-cu-lar"... like Homer Simpson.

😳 me trying to figure out how I say it 🤣

@@BadBlonde-CarHistory Strangely - both ways, is seems, at least in the second half of the episode. PS: it is just my personal pet-peeve (or maybe OCD? ;) ) caused by Homer Simpson persistently "correcting" someone to pronounce it "nu-cu-lar" (in that episode when he accidentally hijacked a submarine ;) ) - and because it is a bit inconsistent to use "nu-cu-lar" pronunciation while talking about Ford Nucleon (instead of Ford Nu-cu-lon ;) ).
