It's the scuttle plate leaking water on them m9r engine same as vivaro 20ltr crazy needs scuttle plate sealing to stop it happening again

What a crappy job to have contend with, I have a relative who wants me to replace his injectors on a Transit I not going to have a bar of the job now. I am in engineering and could machine up a puller,nah not worth wasting a day screwing about. Thanks for your video.

Worse than pulling teeth. My work inherited a couple of Transit 12 seat buses in a takeover, they did not last long and were traded for Hiace Commuters both for standardisation and sanity.

My 2014 2.2 injectors came out really easy! Puts me off buying a newer transit custom mainly the wet belt! But glad to see this!

I feel your pain - I have a. Bosch Manual puller and have a Decent Homemade one have been using for years. these Ecoblue are dog shit - recently invested in a 2K tool - didnt even manage to break them- 12T Ram not man enough - for a 66-7 plate water logged piece of Transhit Funny when the stupid wet belt blocks the oil ways and it shits itself - the pistons kiss the valves and you have to buy a whole nee Cam- Carrier and Sometimes a Vac Pump - Well the new carriers come with rubber seals - there is even a provision in the old one’s but they never finished the job!!!! 💩💩💩💩

They are truly horrible...I have used battery acid on the bad ones to help clean that narrow cavity.Them and great walls..just be careful blowing it out....Well done thought you stayed pretty cool.
