Im a transit tech for a local council. Poor drive cycles and folk ignoring warning lights they drive them untill limp mode. Doing so many of these annoying vape valves in the dreadful location my neck is in constant pain after doing these . Props to you doing it on your back on the road fella.

Hi Jimmy, loving your vids keep it up. Sorry if this is a daft question but would a pressurised garden sprayer slightly modified work as a dpf fluid cleaning gun as a "get me by for now" type thing? They run at 3bar max pressure. Just interested on your thoughts on this thanks.

@@jrcash1234 I removed the gun from the garden sprayer and attached the outlet from the sprayer to the pressure sensor pipe closest to the engine on the DPF. Once the sprayer reached pressure it deposited the fluid nicely. I let it sit there for around twenty mins then ran the engine at around 3k rpm. Worked for me

It looks a really difficult job replacing that vapouriser. As someone who does their own servicing and repairs I think I'll put this vehicle on my 'do not buy' list. I've tangled with Ford diesel before (on a C-Max) and that was by feel a lot of the time. I didn't know the vans were also so bad to work on.

Maybe I should change my mind and put them on a list to consider and put Citroen Relay and Renault Trafic as ones to avoid. I don't know if you'd ever have the time, but have you considered doing a video covering what vehicles are easier to work on than others and why? Even a short video would be much appreciated. Yo, on my transit, I ve got my exhaust gas temperature 13 blocked at 1000 degres, and same for the bank 1 before cata and after cata blocked at 578 degres both of them, my van dont hâve all his power, like if the turbo doesnt charge. Sometimes p0299 and thats all. What you think ? Thanks (sorry bad english)

I assume you corrected the glow plug fault or you will be calling back to do another regin,

Glow plugs on these doesn't stop a regen as it uses the vaporiser. But it's coming back soon for Glow plugs

Jimmy can I ask you something please , Citroen dispatch 2012 I think it’s been mapped because I can’t get any live data on the vehicle and it’s in limp mode and can only rev to 2500 revs . So what I’m asking if I do the dpf clean and the pat fluid plus the egr clean , then I can’t do a reset on it will it stay out of limp mode because of the remapping. Any info would be great . Many thanks .
