Wonderful I enjoyed listening to every bit of that!! I would to have a Ford Barra 4.0L six turbo and put it in a 67 Mustang fastback. Lot less weight on the front end and lot of power. That's on of the best sounding Ford Sixes I have ever heard!!!

Thanks! Though I love the Ford V8 a lot I love those Aussie Ford turbo sixes. Its nice the classic Ford enthusiasts are doing some turbo sixes. I once saw in a Mustangs and Fords Magazine a 63 Falcon with a turbo six cracking the 10 sec barrier and another time a 69 L-code Mustang with a beautiful fuel injected turbo six as well

How good are these motors not bad for a taxi motor with a bit of boost and say good bye to most hsv cars. Ashame these will be like vl turbo's in the future just a memory.

@@IC3XR BA's and BF's are becoming rarer and the FG are seeing high as fuck Kilometres now. It won't be too long lol I did manage to pick up a BA XR6T with 57000km's on the clock last month though. Bit of a unicorn !

+Richard Mccain I believe someone is importing them. I know of 1 FG (BA/BF earlier twin cam, FG later and better) turbo engine and from memory someone had bought a bunch of parts and long motors over. Drop a 6r80 behind one and you'll be set!

to answer your comment which nobody else did. That fluttering sound is what you get from turbos WITHOUT a bov. Contrary to popular belief, it does no harm to the turbo.
