That fuel pump hat tool is a lot better than beating the crap out of it with a hammer. I use a 24'' breaker bar just to get past the detent lock. You have a couple of extra pumps. You might try go to a triple pump set up at this point. 20 PSI in cool air takes a lot of fuel.

So did you ever figure out the fuel pressure issue ? I heard these Hemis like full return set whrn these issues arise.

I installed the Fore Inovations three pump system on my 2012 challenger. I'm using the stock pump power wire for the trigger wire to power pump 1. When starting, the computer sees an "open circuit" and immidiatly shuts off the injectors. Have you experineced anything like this?

Sounds like you need triple pumps!!!…..With prfe fuel lines, Inline aftermarket fuel sensor , FC3 Staged Controller, Circuit Breaker Upgrade, Honeywell boost activated Pressure Switch for FC3 (H-77030),Stainless Steel fuel filter and Billet Mounting Bracket and 0-100 psi Fuel Pressure Gauge… Im in need of a clean/meticulous install video 😂

I am currently collecting parts to build the fuel system in my '16 HC Charger. My plans are to go with E85, smaller pulley, and a tune. So far I have two of the exact same pumps from FORE, and all the wiring. Next I will need injectors, a tuner, pulleys, and supporting mods. I'm not going crazy with it, but hoping for low 10's or high 9's Wish me luck. I don't miss any of your videos. I'm a trucker, and I thought about your channel when I passed through Murfreesboro recently. (Wish me luck)😎

I’m fighting the same issue right now. Think I have it figured out, but haven’t been able to test yet. Do you have the FC2 controller?

@@SpeedysGarage So I believe my issue was I had the two pumps tied into my main harness, and the wiring and other components just wasn't up to the task. My pumps sound wayyyyy louder now that I have the FC2 controller on them. Still waiting for my rear end to get back before I can test.

Let me know when you move to a triple pump, all paths lead there, especially with 20psi.
