ഞാൻ പ്രോട്ടീൻ ഫൈബർ റിച്ച് ആയിട്ടുള്ള ഭക്ഷണങ്ങൾ ആണ്, വേ പ്രോട്ടീനും ക്രിയാറ്റിനും കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. നല്ലൊരു ഡയറ്റ് പ്ലാൻ ആണ്... പക്ഷേ എത്ര നല്ല രീതിയിൽ കഴിച്ചാലും അരമണിക്കൂർ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ബാത്റൂമിൽ പോകാനുള്ള ടെൻഡൻസി ഉണ്ടാകും.... കഴിക്കുന്നത് ഒന്നും ബോഡിയിൽ കേറില്ല, ചിലപ്പോഴൊക്കെ ഗ്യാസ് peoblem ആയി ബോഡി pain ഉണ്ടാകും...... അതിന് എന്താണ് ഒരു solutions...
