For this forearm workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and a barbell.
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 8 reps
Reverse barbell Curls - 10 reps
Dumbbell Forearm Wrist Curls - 12 reps
Do this forearm workout routine 2 times a week.
Get at least 2-3 days of rest between workout days.

I've been doing Muay Thai classes that's almost 2-3 hours of intense training (kicking bags etc.) for a few weeks and I will try do this after my daily training at home. I find your videos very useful and easy to understand for beginners like me. No long intro and bullshit, just pure info that we all need. Thank you so much.

Go about 500 calories over while eating clean food. Focus on compound movements such as squats, deadlifts and bench press.

I worked out when i was a teenager and i grew to be 6'5, so no exercise does not stunt your growth.

Hey man, I have problems with my arms. My left arm is bigger than my right but i'm right handed. I can also see my left arm a little bit fatter than my right but my right is more muscular and its more visible to see the muscles. What should I do to even it? I'm just 15 and still working out.
