They also should have been inducted at least 20 years ago! They really need to make a real Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This one is a complete joke! I could name about 100 artist/bands that have been left out! These Rap artist and the likes of the Velvet Underground with ZERO hits should never have made it!

@@garycrabb9805 Of course the Velvet Underground should have made it. They didn't sell many records or have "hits" in the true sense. But they influenced everyone who heard them, and a lot of them are already in the RnR HOF. Just because a person may not care for them means zilch. Who did they influence? Many.

@@jonnuanez2843 so apparently they should have made it before Neil Sedaka, Pat Boone, Paul Anka, The Carpenters, Grand Funk Railroad, Foreigner and so many more that were so so successful?? No way!! These people EARNED their right to be in there because of their success. Just because a handful said they "influenced " a part of their career doesn't mean they deserve to be inducted. The RNRHOF is pretty much a joke! So many have been put in instead of these guys. Sex Pistols, Ramones, The Cure, Foxy Music, ALL THE RAPPERS, etc do not belong in before the ones that earned it!!!

Cali Rose, this is real music and soul poured into the the artform, no auto tune , drum machines and costume gimmicks. Music made in its purest form, not product placement or a mass produced sound created by hype and machines. I really miss REAL music and the feeling the lyrics, sounds and performers invoke in people. I was only a kid when this music was being produced but, I miss the sounds and the joy it brought to everyone who just wanted to dance to it and enjoy it in their cars and celebrations. Brings a warm feeling and memories of a time in the past when music was a celebration of Life and all its facets displayed in the sounds and lyrics. ♥️

I think that with both singers & guitar players there is a top tier & there are a number of guys in that top tier. You can’t really say one is better than another among those guys. It’s all subjective at that point. In my personal opinion Ronnie James Dio is the best, but is he really BETTER then Freddie Mercury, Paul Rogers, Bruce Dickinson, David Coverdale, etc: ? I’ve never really placed Lou Graham in that top tier, but that’s just me.
