Passion fruits are so expensive here in the USA $2 each, they also have prebiotics nutrients. I noticed some bright pink plants by the park, I think it will be nice to have them around your property they will add colorful scenery.

...did you guys noticed the termites in a your property? As long as there are trees around termites are attracted and it would also infest your newly underconstruction house...that's truly headache in the near future guys...treating and regular treating it is so expensive...from davao to germany 🇩🇪

Nice, love the progress of the house. Congrats. Please make sure nga dili "bokbokon" ang amakan by the termites. There might be insect treatments for this as this will invite other insects to dwell like 'anay' or whatever....I've heard from other people that amakan shall be placed in the sea as sea salt can prevent insect infestation, but not sure. Just make a thorough research on this
