This also happened with our team. We went to Varanasi last year on December . In the morning when we were walking on the ghats , a man came to us and was telling us about boat ride. He said that it would cost us 300rs and we were new so we said yes . But the man who told us didn't go with us... His son did. Then after the ride when it was the time for payment the boat driver said that it was 300 rs for each person. We were 6 people and we were very shocked. Anyways we gave 600 rs to them and left the place. Not only in the boat ride but this also happens in the other vehicles too.
