This project started construction in 2014 when Rodrigo Duterte was not even president, lol! Duterte has nothing to do with this project, ngayon lang talaga naka-schedule matapos because it's a big project and may ilang issues sa right of way before that needed to be settled first. It's just a soft opening. Some entry and exit points are still closed. But I'm happy to know that coz I leave in the south and if I want to visit my Mother in North it usually takes us 3 to 4 hrs due to Edsa traffic is so bad. But with the Skyway Stage 3 available when I finally back in Philippines in 2021 it will be easier and more convenient. Good job PRRD.

we go home every couple years for holiday and we live in pangasinan. we go to calatagan batangas to visit my parents and we leave pangasinan at midnight and arrive in batangas at 6 am to beat the traffic during the day. this skyway will surely make our travels between north and south much better.
