Back in 2012 I was a tourist guide. the tourists were really interested so I gave them homemade warm vodka they were like ohh it’s good I told them be careful it’s gonna knock you out they were like nah and the next day they were wasted :)))

Arag is my favorite alcoholic Mongolian drink the last time I drank it when I was 9, I drank so much, I loved it and the next morning I don’t know what happened after the sundown. Haven’t drank drank it year I miss it.

LOL it is clear that none of these people know the importance of fat in diet. Especially in very cold climates that don't always offer such things naturally except what you may be able to harvest from your herd. Wild animals are often VERY lean. Eating preserved seal fat is a normal snack with the North American Native cultures around the Arctic circle because the meats they have access to are very lean for the most part (whale, ptarmigans, etc.). Without fat in our diet, we die a painful death riddled with horrible symptoms. I did really enjoy the video and would happily try this should the opportunity arise!

I tried the mongolian milk vodka and frankly, it's not for everyone. It's... like milk turned bad and... let's just say... barn-yardy... and that ghee... it doesn't really help.
