@Dragonfly Stormchaser Adventures - I am assuming when you state "If you are that unhappy, walk away…" that you are talking to Sherry. Because she is the one that fooled around and made the mistake to start an extra-marital affair. She is the one the triggered the fury she incurred. Not saying she deserved to die, but she did bring it on herself. Because if it had been the other way around, she would have been vindicated for killing him because he was cheating. Because women are given way more leeway to commit irrational acts of violence because they have "been wronged". Society is screwed up that way. TRUTH!

If you have a dead spouse, you don't have to pay a lawyer for a divorce. You don't have to pay them alimony or child support. You don't have to deal with them in the future, especially if you have children and need to set up visitation, etc. While, the normal response is to divorce your spouse when you no longer love them or the problems in a marriage are beyond the point of repair- there are people out there who are not so normal and think they can get rid of the problem permanently.

Dude was crazy. I have a friend that has a friend that murdered his own wife. He killed her because he didn't want to split their real estate holdings. Dude shot her three times and drove her body and left it in her car near, of all places, a grave yard. Moral of the story is he'd rather murder her, lose all real estate holding in exchange for a CA prison cell. If I get a divorce and I have split 50/50 it is what it is.

I have another psycho gf that keep wanting me back and as physically beautiful as she is and had powers over me, I said no more and will. Ever go back with her. Some ppl. never realize that they are the problem and always blame everyone else and why the psychos feel they deserve to be with someone, but all they do is cause misery to everyone they get involved with. It’s their nature and many finally do something stupid and get caught and end up in jail. Ppl. be careful who u get involved with and let into your lives bc getting rid of them is the hardest part.

Greed/control : I don't think divorce is all about it being "expensive". The truth is they don't want to pay for something (child support, alimony, etc.) and not get control/sex/trophy/some bang for their buck. I think it is about "I'm paying money without any control or any direct benefit to myself" [because secretly they don't see supporting children or being fair to the ex-spouse as beneficial to the self].

When a man is trying to get rid of a wife without divorcing her, you have to wonder if they're also kinda cheap in their everyday life? Does it boil down to being unwilling to split joint resources? It kind of gives you pause about why they married their now unwanted wives in the first place.

Saying “if you want to escalate your situation to murder then file a restraining order.” Psychopaths (like Bob here) tend to go all the way when challenged with a restraining order. Very dangerous advice, I’m sure we’ll intentioned though.
