I had a ex bf cop that was abusive, and the PD was afraid of him. So they covered it up. It wasn’t until I went to the prosecutor’s office that anything got done. This nut threatened that he would kill me and they would never find my body. If I ever wrote a book about it, it would be unbelievable. The boys in blue ALWAYS a cover for each other.

Officer Josh Griffin big mistake was to ask Kim to join him in the patrol cruiser while he was “ checking out” her driving records. No police officers do that, NONE! I know that for a fact knowing a few police officers, a detective, and the Police Department Captain where I live. This young man was fixated with Kim and wanted more from her…..and when she refused his advances he decided to kill her. This police officer ruined his career as a police officer being there only a year and now he has a record for life IF he gets out of jail. But sadly, Kim lost her life because of him. Disgraceful to say the least, he is repugnant. Imagine going to work, you finish your job, and going home, you find death. It was despicable what this officer did to Kim, he was a true monster. Officer Josh Griffin was a very stupid young man who committed a horrible crime. He is now incarcerated for life and even if he is let out of prison, he will never be a police officer again, not to mention, he will carry a police record for life. Talking about men who don’t think first before taking action. This young guy was very immature to be a police officer for what I gather, and should have never being in law enforcement. He disgraced himself and the department he represented. SMH May Kim Rest in Peace always 🙏

You don't know or understand the area. It's a long haul to the Men's Club from Monroe and Kim didn't always have set hours. Bridger was a DJ back then, so it just wasn't doable. Not to mention, Charlotte was very safe then (97).

What's with more and more cops and other public entity servants permitted to use publicly tax payer owned vehicles for personal use. These vehicles should be parked at precinct, yard etc for next shift. Only cruisers that should be allowed to take home are State Troopers and k-9 units only period.

That guy with car problems and asked the cop for a tow truck really messed up his made up story. As a cop, he really should have knew that cell phone records will he checked, once that call was made to the tow truck company, he should really have ditched his plan and do it another day. Months and months later...

You can LEGALLY tell the officer that YOU REFUSE to LEAVE your vehicle, out of fear of threat to YOUR PERSONAL SAFEtY! You can ALSO, refuse to exit your vehicle UNTIL other officers show up on the scene! KNOW YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS! DO NOT FEAR POLICE! SMH!

You’re precious. Cops don’t give a shit. They want immediate submission and any excuse to use force. If this lady refused to pull over or refused to exit the vehicle, he would have made her, then gotten away with killing her because he was “afraid for his life.” Then they’d demonize her for being a sex worker.
