Actually Joanne was more like grooming a hitman to take down her cheater husband. you don't just go from a relatively famous good looking lady's man to Mr dork electrician whom by no coincidence happened to be also a psychopath like Joanne. The killing of his wife is completely on him but the killing of mr. Scott was for hire. Joanne took revenge on her husband she was never after Mr electrician.Mr. Scott would have dump Joanne soon or later maybe he was about to dump her.

I think it's Joane who shot Walter and Jim Williams was too cowardly to go against her so he helped her to cover up the murder. She could have driven Walter's car to the airport. Sharon's death could be a result of Jim Williams losing control of an argument in rage, he looks like a guy who uses brute force rather than brain. Joane surely have a lot more to do with both murders and should've gone to prison with the guy.

Victim blaming
@3rrlia661
@3rrlia661 2 ай бұрын
Here is the thing . Call it fame ,call him philanderer obviously this was the weakness therefore the vulnerability of the victim. And here the psychopath predator jumps in. Joanne was a psychopath she managed somehow only hell and psychos know how to grab the performer guy whom she supposed he can provide . Then come on, you don't go from the good looking relatively famous guy to Mr. Dork Electrician because you fell in love with him. She used him to kill her husband because he was cheating on her with younger prettier women whom might have taken her place anytime. Besides once a psychopath lay an eye on you they don't even need a good reason to kill you.

In the lyrics to the song "the Cheater," the man who cheats gets his karma when a girl cheats on him: "One of these days he'll find a girl Who knows all about him She's gonna break his carefree heart And go on without him And you'll hear thereafter Above all the laughter "Tough luck for The Cheater! Too bad for the fool-hearted clown! Tough break for The Cheater! Who used to build you up, Just to let you down!" A man told me once that a high school friend of his came home to find his wife having sex with another man. He shot and killed his wife and the man she was cheating with. Then shot and killed himself. Moral of the story: Don't cheat. If you do, someone will cheat on you. And they might be so hurt that they snap and kill you.

This episode is one of those that I think about often. Walter Scott really seemed like a guy who was not only talented but had a bright future ahead of him. Even after watching this many times over the years, Peter Thomas’s last bit of dialogue on Walter always makes me sad. I don’t want people to think that I condone Walter for adultery but Joanne is the one that I despise. She knew for a fact that he was dead and still filed for divorce, in what I think is to try and make Walter look bad. Walter still looked and seemed like a decent and good guy. Not everyone is perfect in terms of romance. He really was a smooth ladies man though. I have no doubt that Jim was involved but I say Joanne was the ringleader in the whole thing. I bet she tried to convince Jim to kill his wife, Sharon, but Jim was reluctant. And later, when Jim and Sharon had an argument, Jim, in a moment of weakness, killed Sharon. I swear, when I watched this episode for the first time, I gave Joanne the middle finger when she walked out of the court house with the smug look on her face. That may seem really silly but her behavior and no sense of remorse just really gets under my skin. I’m one who believes in “It’s better to be convicted then not convicted at all” but this case still bothered me with Joanne’s behavior before and after Walter went missing. At least Kay and Walter Notheis are with their son now. Joanne and Jim can go to hell for the crap they’ve pulled. Joanne died in 2019. I don’t know the cause. RIP Walter Scott, Kay and Walter Notheis, Sharon Williams, those who’d known them that’d died in recent years, and Peter Thomas

22:49 - 22:52 Outside of randomly seeing Forensic Files on the CourtTV channel on the Pluto app a year or so ago, I don't believe I've seen this since this show still aired on TruTV, possibly even the original CourtTV pre-2008.

I watch forensic files every single day for 4 years and this my first time seeing this one. I probably have seen everyone at least a good 2 3 times.

It's so convenient the accused come up with other possible suspects after they got arrested. They definitely had something to do with both those deaths. He didn't shoot himself in the back and a stranger didn't put him in Mr Williams back yard. I pray they admit their guilt and seek forgiveness.

What, so no blame on him ? He killed them. Or at the very least he murdered his wife, Joan murdered her husband and he got rid of his body. Hell the guy tried to throw his own son under the bus for the murder. Yeah he’s a prize
