Sometimes you have to push yourselves to get out and I am always pleased I did in the end. I love going to a stone circle, such a magical place and there is a great one just outside Penrith on the A66. My son had his onw band for 15 years, did a few UK tours, played a few festivals (Bloodstock, Download and Beermagedon) and had a couple of albums out but had to give it up when he became ill too. You could not pay me to live in a city, any city to be fair, real grateful to have access to woods and trees just outside the front door. Fingers crossed for a good priced hotel in Morecombe, cheers Alan

Yeah I think mental wellbeing can be a bit of a vicious circle , with motivation to getting out so yeah needs to be pushed out of sometimes , I always feel better for it too🙂 . Its not often I get to stone circles but I love it when I do. Well done your son , sorry to hear he got ill , I hope he is ok now. I really dislike having to go into cities now , I'm done with it , only for gigs these days. I don't mind a basic hotel if its cheap , but some of them that are very basic are expensive, my fingers are crossed too . Best wishes 🖤🖤🦇🦇

Good day sir! I come from a very countryside, forest, small mountain (190meters) and moorland area. And as wrote before, your channel is good work. You can see enough festival, concert, disco videos here. So its nice seeing you walking in nature. I think there are many alt people have part of there free time in the nature. Often when they are a bit older. I will get to the north sea... east frisia... tomorrow for a few days and will enjoy that so much. Even when the weather will be very english ;-) .Soooo, Happy eastern and have some nice moments.

Thanks , the forest is really nice for getting away from it all for a while, Im finding good woodland spots to hide in the summer 😂. My new hat is part of my new heatwave kit , I also have cold weather kit and a poncho for the extreme winters , so I'm covered now, just need to stock up on more sunscreen . I may get a sawyer mini water filter , so Im not lugging loads of liquid around and make use of all the upland streams around here. 🦇🦇🖤🖤

Looks like a lovely day and walk. And I guess waterproof boots should be great. Hope the strings are ok too. I never expect too much, when the prize is too cheap. Better that than be disappointed. Sometimes it can be a positive suprise. So we never know before we get the stuff. I am also bad at sending back stuff. Just a few times I have done that. Haha... did love the platform joke. Thanks it was a nice walk when I got chance to go out, I use waterproof army boots for walking and save my nice boots for going out .Yeah I will pay a bit more for the wireless microphones next time. I might run the joke tomorrow with some people 🤣.Take care 🦇🦇🖤🖤

Looks like a very calm and serene place John, very good for the soul. Im going to Arbor Low in a couple of weeks - I yomped across a moor the other day to the site of a stone circle. Id spotted it on a map and have been quite close a few times but never actually went. It was a bit of an anticlimax, could only find a couple of them and they were laid down. I was hoping there would be some "magic" feel, but if it was there it escaped me. Hope you have more luck at Arbor Low. Take care and keep them coming! (love the "other half")

It is a nice place , thanks , yes some stone circles are tiny and a bit underwhelming , especially if they have been damaged or badly weathered over time , I know of a couple that are actually the remains of burial mounds , like the remaining kerbstones that have been misidentified as stone circles, hordron stone circle near Ladybower is small but nice for a picnic in nice weather, and very little visited so good for chilling out , relaxing location too. Arbor low is really nice , the stones are laid down flat but still very impressive and a favourite of mine , so I need a return visit . Take care mate 🖤🖤🦇🦇
