I'm loving this track! It brings in some of the best elements from songs like Raw Language and Trust Your Blood. Nobody does texture in music like forest swords, he is so masterful at making every instrument have a rich texture that gives the music a sublime and ethereal feel. Been waiting for a new forest swords release for a few years and I'm not disappointed. So excited for the new LP in October!

I woke up sick, in state of mind where you have to push yourself just to get out of bed and walk, because there's things you have to do. This gave me literal chills, so for a brief moment, I felt euphoric. This video should be hung in a gallery.

I had such a bad day today at work and this both soothed me, made me sad for things I'll never have, and made me want to fiercely take on the world. He always manages to capture such an intense and specific set of emotions I don't think I'll ever describe. Somehow sounds like both the ancient past and the future, real but electronic, up but down. Whatever it is, I'm so happy Forest Swords exists and is making music in my lifetime.
