Itachi doesn't have any chance, we can go by two scenarios, first one is deva path alone vs itachi, when the deva path is alone his rinnegan abilities (Shinra tensei and Shibaku tensei) are much stronger, he was able to destroy an entire village with one shinra tensei, so itachi would not survive that And we have the second scenario, six paths of pain against itachi, and that is overkill, human path and naraka path are simply just too broken, fighting agains those six at the same time would be nearly impossible, even if itachi manages to destroy all of them, we would just come back to the first scenario where deva path now has more power and itachi is much more exausted

Itachi could use genjutsu on pain. Itachi has susanoo to deflect any of pains moves, he could maintain the chakra of the susanoo for quite a while. Itachi also has good ninjutsu as he has mastered 3 changes in nature.
