I repair a Hisense inverter outdoor unit some time compressor can start some time just start 2s then shutdown and error code 19 , check description error 19 mean compressor drive in trouble , can you tell me that problem from compressor or motherboard?

Check the module that provides u,v,w phases, and the sorounded Area(rezistor, ipm and so in), located in the outdoor unit. To the compresor You can check the phases ohms.Only afterthose checking the efort still appears, that means the compresor in workout.
