Plz sir, i have aboard for treadmill and the IPM was shorted between+and- dc voltage also shorted between negative and one output phase (phase v)and no issues in dc capacitors and bridge rectifier so ineed to change ipm by new one but iam afraid to burnet the new one so what the precautions must be taken before istalled the new ipm and what the causes lead to burnet the old ipm,thanks

Make sure you've isolated the problem before replacing the IPM.
