Is it not possible not to sieve the pumpkin? Because onces its on fire, the water will drain, especially knowing that a binder will be added? Or is not because it doesn't have the capacity to swell as one stirs?

You can store in the fridge for 2 days before using. If refrigerated, thaw and squeeze out excess water before using. Thanks for the compliments

LOL I have no idea how to eat swallow but it looks like convenient and maybe fun stuff. What was the point of cooking it with psyllium powder? What's that glorpy stew? I was waiting for maybe the swallow to be made into dumplings with the stew in it, but no. Also the link from banana flour went here and there's no banana flour or banana peel flour in this. It would do the job to dry it out maybe? Also love the way you blurt out a bunch at once.

Swallow is eaten by first being molded into small balls then dipping in soup before swallowing. The Psyllium acts as a binding agent so that the pumpkin won’t break apart. That was Ogbono soup used for eating the swallow. Swallow is different from dumpling hence can’t be cooked or eaten the same way. Yes, we are working to release the pumpkin flour video so stay tuned.
