If I've learned anything through watching abandoned videos, it's flat rooves are a no, no. They are almost guaranteed to leak. I lived in a townhouse with a flat roof and they had to inspect it yearly and do spot fixes where necessary. The room at 13:15 had a closet that made it look as if it was used as a guest bedroom.

It is a "male thing" this need you have to show your viewers what's in the toilet? A toilet is a toilet right? Pooh and paper is pooh and paper - why show it? Otherwise, a decent enough video. Thank you for showing your viewers outside some of the windows - the view.
