There's so much content from Cartoon Network that many of the less popular topics don't have dedicated search efforts. Here are some that could use a little help!

I've probably seen every episode of the Problem Solverz, just because it was the last show on before Adult Swim would start for the night. I got a "bad vibe" from the show - it kinda freaked me out, seemed off, etc for reasons I can't really explain (creepy character designs maybe). I'm morbidly fascinated. That being said, I hope they find the lost media. Nothing deserves to be lost forever.

It was like the death nail in the coffin for cable tv for me since I had grown up with golden age CN/toonami/AS and when Real was premiering was about the time I was getting ready to move out of my parents house, Real ended up signifying the end of an era for me in many ways 💔

I remember the Foster's Home promos specifically because they showed during commercial breaks while I watched a CN showing of The Iron Giant (my first time ever seeing it). I remember Coco's promo very vividly, as her design stuck out with how strange yet interesting she looked. It's weird that it's lost media now

I honestly think problem solverz wouldn’t have been so bad if it weren’t for the colors. The character design isn’t my thing, but it’s unique enough to have charm. The biggest problem is the eye strain. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone had a seizure because of it.

Even if I love the show I still wish the colors of the earlier episodes(the eyestrain was dropped in Season 2, some backgrounds are even completely grayscale) weren’t as bright so more people would know it for the story instead of the art style

Actually season 2 of Secret Mountain Fort Awesome has been found as a user on the LMW forums posted a Google Drive link containing every episode of season 2 on that exact same thread you showed in the screenshot(BTW I'm the user you screenshotted who had plans to download the show from TVV myself, thankfully someone else beat me to the punch so I didn't have to lower my ratio) apparently friend of his had downloaded the entire series from iTunes back when it was still being sold on there. So you can mark that one as being found.

Hey LSSQ, there's this really interesting piece of Lost Media called "You Gotta Walk it Like you Talk it (Or you'll Lose that Beat)" from 1971, directed by Peter Locke. It's a comedy film that is said to be terrible, but what's interesting is Walter Becker and Donald Fagen, who would only one year later form Steely Dan, composed and performed the soundtrack for the film. The soundtrack is readily available, but the film is super obscure and completely lost. It's also known that Robert Downey Sr., Robert Downey Jr.'s father, worked on the film, and then-virtually unknown Richard Pryor played his "Wino" character for one of the first times, which later that year would become one of his notable comedy sketches. Peter Locke hasn't completely ruled out a release yet, but he isn't eager to release it, so our only hope is to find a film reel somewhere and dump that. While the film is supposedly really bad, I'd love to see it get found. I know you don't really lost movies, especially from the 70s, but I'd love someone to shine a light on this eventually! There's virtually no standalone videos talking about it, besides my own I'm currently working on. So please talk about this!

I remember the Foster's promos!! I can't believe almost none of them were uploaded... the one for Mac I remember was, "Who's the kid". I think for Wilt it was, "Who's the tall guy", Eduardo was, "Who's the Monster" and I think Coco was "Who's the Bird". I've always checked the website to find out more on the Foster's show. Only 2 minutes in, but I had a memory from my childhood and I feel this may be lost media in a sense. Back in 2004-2005, Cartoon Network had an online contest/promotion going on where while watching shows on Australia's Foxtel, you could hit the red button and answer trivia and get points for your 'Eye-D' card, with them used to get goody bags or something. Various cartoon network characters were used for these Eye-D cards, with the one I received having a giant eyeball with it showing the reflections of Bloo (from fosters Home), Mandy (from Grim Adventures), and No. 4 (from KnD). My cards become quite scratched over the years, however I cannot find many images of these online, and feel that while physical, they may count as Lost Media due to their designs being unique.

I remember those fosters home promos! That Blue walking around one hit me like a bus! I don’t think I remember the others, except Cocos. I swear I think hers was her brushing her teeth in the bathroom in the background, looking in the mirror leaving the water running. But I know we see her brush her teeth in another episode or two too and maybe I’m remembering that. Coco convinced me to swallow the toothpaste in my mouth as a kid, so I think that’s why I remember hers. If it’s the case.

I remember finding this Invader Zim cult like website where it had some very professional well made fan game parodies of Invader Zim. Some were a run and gun shooter parody of Alien Hominid with Invader Zim characters. Another one being a parody of Pac-Man with Invader Zim setting, another one that was Donkey Kong but with Invader Zim coat of paint. Back in 2016, the final, (Season 5), episode of “The Garfield Show”, Rodent Rebellion aired on Boomerang, I personally haven’t seen it live, but they, Boomerang, have not reaired it, put it on Netflix, or put it on home media, but it was uploaded to KZbin by a user by the name of, “Vincells” in June 2021, but in Standard Definition, with some audio issues. It’s HD Verison is lost media, considering that Boomerang never reaired it. When I first heard of the episode, I didn’t know it was lost media. The lost media wiki says it’s “found” but, only the SD version, with audio issues. I hope that one day, the lost media community can find the HD, English dub, best version of Rodent Rebellion. 2023 edit: HD Found

Actually this wasn’t lost just forgotten. The lucky winner submitted their imaginary friend and had it featured on the show. They had a specific episode dedicated to this new friend which did not appear in any other episodes. These promos have been online for years but have been removed due to copyright. I used to rewatch these when I turned 14 in 2014. They aren’t lost but KZbin’s copy right system goes against the uploaders. Sorry to sound curt I wasn’t trying to.

Thank you for talking about the alfe zines, and my friend’s post about the lost content! We’re really interested in seeing more of the old Ben stuff, and especially the flash animations and zines. It’s been a journey discovering old paperrad zines and having to put together the overarching stories using context clues and a lot of guessing. There’s quite a lot in them that never gets talked about, and I personally really enjoy the stories Ben would write for his characters before they ever got a CN show. The show has a special place in my heart, but the zines are important to me in a different way. They contain the perfect blend of sweet and strange that I wish to accomplish in my own work someday.

I remember watching all 5 of those. As LSuperSonicQ mentioned, Bloo was shown first and probably the longest. Mac, Wilt, Eduardo, and Coco then followed. Mac just showed him walking I believe in the opposite direction of Bloo but nothing special, Wilt jumped a couple times I believe he was trying to look over the wall. Eduardo got scared and ran back and forth several times. Coco also ran around giving her call while the narrator was dumbfounded. Coco eventually stopped and laid a plastic egg.

I remember having to use those red and blue 3d glasses to watch the block, and it included fosters as well as a couple of the CN Real shows. I remember these shows having reruns after that but obviously were in their normal form and not 3D.

I actually remember liking The Othersiders a whole lot back when this was airing. Specifically due to me having such a major interest in the supernatural back then and still do to this day... All the while having a major fear of some ghost girls like the one from The Grudge but that's besides the point.😅 It's kinda crazy that I forgot about this show and Level Up being a part of that CN Real block but I'm glad you reminded me of it. One piece of Cartoon Network lost media I've never heard anyone talk about was the "uncensored" version of Uncle Grandpa season 1 that used to be on Netflix. There were some pretty minor differences, and idk if most of it could actually be called "censorship", but it was different nonetheless. Differences that immediately come to mind: Uncle Grandpa sometimes said "Stay in school, don't do drugs!" instead of just "Stay in school!", like in the pilot episode. Uncle Grandpa occasionally invokes god ("With God as my witness...", "Dear God...", etc.) The first "Xarna: She-Warrior of the Apocalypse" ends with her chasing an actual gas delivery truck to refuel her motorcycle, instead of having a fart joke where she chases a burrito truck instead. (This is the one that I think definitely is censorship) When Xarna arrives at the gas station, she nonchalantly takes a few huffs from the empty gas pump before putting it in her bike. Anybody else remember this version of Uncle Grandpa on Netflix?

I also remember that charter design contest! There was a design your own character tool on CN website and you could email it over to CN when you were completed with it. I made probably 20-30 designs hoping mine would end up on the show. I remember one day before school blue came on a commercial to announce the winner. To my disappointment it wasn’t mine. In fact the winning design was pretty much a slightly altered version of blue himself! I remember this cause blue himself said “that’s one good looking imaginary friend you got there”. I think that was the end of it. The design didn’t end up in the show, just that commercial.

Brain Rush was awesome! If I remembered. Contestants would ride a rollercoaster (as we saw) once or twice while answering questions. Once the ride was over, they win cash prizes or nothing at all. It's like the final round of Family Feud

Related to the pre-launch Foster's ads... I lived in Mexico for a while in the mid to late '00s, and I used to watch Cartoon Network Latinoamerica a lot. Leading up to New Year's Day 2005, I remember they would air brief promos that teased "something big" happening at midnight on New Year's. This ended up being both the premiere of the Foster's pilot in that territory as well as the introduction for CN City there. For a while I've been curious about these promos that advertised the branding changes, but now I think it's definitely probable that they were repurposing those pre-launch Foster's promos. All I remember for sure is that they showed CN City-like locations, it's perfectly possible they had Foster's characters in them as well. Just an aside. I doubt this in particular will ever be found. At least, this video did make me think that the footage for the promo was already out there.

BTW I am like 50% sure it was just the generic first CN City sign on and immediately transitioned into the CN City theater segments (which helpfully included plenty of Foster's characters already). Without actually having the tape I can't be sure, but it feels correct.

I remember those foster promos very well! Mac walks by and the narrator says “Who is that kid”? Wilts walks by and the narrator goes “That guys really tall” Coco walks by and that narrator says “That’s one coco bird” And Edward walks by saying “That’s one fuzzy guy” or something to that extent

Dude I loved growing up watching Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network in the late 90s-early to mid 2000s. And all of boomerang at that time. I remember watching CN Real when i was young. It haven't had its own block in Hungary and it was just bumped into the other cartoons. It had shows like a spy family sitcom, it had Sarah Jane which was a Doctor Who spinoff and had a dance teaching show where the cartoon characters randomly appeared.

There’s an old Cartoon Network bumper/possible PSA I have been looking for off an on for some time now. It was aired during an election (I think one of the George W. Bush ones, but could be Obama). Eustace of “Courage the Cowardly Dog” enters a voting booth and grumbles something about how they’re all the same anyway. I can’t be the only person who remembers this, right? If anyone knows where to find it, I’d love to see it again!

I seriously love the problem solverz. It was one of my favorite shows they made during the 2010’s. Compared to the shows like the annoying orange show. Its a really fun show- the art styles very out there and the colors could have been better, but i still really enjoyed it. I hope the media is found for it!

The first memory I have of Foster's is a promo where Wilt talks directly to the audience. I can't find that one either. I also remember my brothers and I playing Big Fat Awesome House Party. We had to make a new account each time, cause even when we wrote down our usernames and passwords, they didn't work. My brother did finish the game, which involved the imaginary friend you create for the game helping Bloo find some dirt on Mr. Herriman. While looking around, you find a file on Wilt that reveals he doesn't have a creator. This was before Good Wilt Hunting premiered so that was a nice little teaser. The game ended with Mr. Herriman getting arrested by the fashion police for not changing his clothes for decades. At least that's what I remember.

I remember the Dexter's Lab DVD set only given away in a contest circa 1999 (I saw ads for it on TV), but didn't remember it being tied to Subway. This is going back to 2003 or so, but I remember a thread on ToonZone (now Anime Supehero) talking about Dexter's Lab that were available through Time-Life. That might be something worth looking into.

For the Subway ads I swear when I was a kid I saw on TV that they did a partnership with Nickelodeon with a line of Little Bill toys for the kids meals and line of But Ugly Martian toys for the kids meals. So if those can be found I bet the Cartoon Network ones are out their too.

Man that Uncle Grandpa pilot really takes me back. I remember it was around maybe half a year before Secret Mountain Fort Awesome was even a show and by golly was it a spectacle: from meeting Uncle Grandpa for the first time, to seeing the first animated features of some of the main monsters in SMFA, to the kid that Uncle Grandpa was looking over picked up as sword and just going ham on all the monsters to save Uncle Grandpa. I never expected that pilot to become a show at the time, but man did I remember going back to it until midway through SMFA’s season 1 where I just forgot about it And we’re talking when KZbin app still had that brown tv looking thing as it’s logo(was when I first saw the pilot)

I remember seeing the Fosters Bloo promo before on YT in a CN City mega bump compilation that was 3 Hrs long that pretty much had a Majority of American CN City bumps, block bumps and promos that aired from June 2004 to September 2005. I used to frequently watch the video in 2014 then after that I couldn’t find the video compilation on YT anymore. I didn’t know that promo was considered lost now.

Does anyone from Latin America remember that during december of 2004, they were several promos anouncing that "Something big was being built" I remember watching promos with Number 1, Dexter, Mac, Bloo, and maybe others. The thing is that, they were going to reveal it on the midnight of New Year. And that was when they first presented the new logo, and when the City era started in Latin America, maybe I'm mixing memories, but I'm pretty sure that happened. If anyone has footage from that, I would love to see it.

I believe I do remember watching promotions for the upcoming Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends TV movie pilot as well as for the show itself, though, I don' think I've ever even known that there were also promos for main other characters from the cartoon as well, so hopefully we'll be able to find the others since the Bloo one was found not too long ago! Definitely a lot of nostalgia though! Hard to believe it's already been almost 20 years since Foster's originally aired, and that was when Cartoon Network was only 12 years old (god, I'm old). XD Honestly, LSSQ, I think I'm gonna have to agree with you when looking back at The Problems Solverz, and Secret Mountain Fort Awesome not being so bad these days anymore especially when compared to so many other cartoons these days where a lot of characters designs look more, or less the same, same with Uncle Grandpa. I feel like people were a bit too harsh on it back then. Not only does it have its own unique art-style, and animation despite being released in the 2010's, but it was also really wacky, and crazy just like the cartoons I grew up with, the series creator Peter Browngardt even stated that he wanted the show to feel like the cartoons he grew up with as a kid, and it definitely shows, and it's something I definitely miss from most American cartoons nowadays, so it's nice to see both shows get more attention again! I actually didn't even know that Problem Solverz even had an Adult Swim TV pilot. Maybe if the show did in fact aired on there instead, it MIGHT would've done (keyword: MIGHT). Regardless, I do hope that TPS, and SMFA's currently remaining lost media get found eventually. I actually do remember The Powerpuff Girls having Subway toys, in fact I even remember when Subway had toys, so it's interesting to see that other CN shows had Subway toys too, maybe we can find if any of them have had any promos for them, or not! Shame we still can't find the Uncle Gus pilot with the original English audio, but perhaps one day, it'll finally resurface. As much as I never want to see anything from CNReal again (why that wasn't its own separate channel I'll never know), and, I do to an extent have some nostalgia with them, though not in a good way, I'm still at least interested on trying to find the lost episodes throughout all these shows.
