For the people who genuinely thought that the Grox empire was an empire trying to protect its species of the Milky Way galaxy, well, allying with the Grox will anger everyone in the galaxy, the Grox empire attacks other empires at random, without reason (none that I know of so far) If the Grox species actually were good species, they would only attack (or more likely, warn) trespassing species who came in Grox's territory.

Years late but I think that Steve's race was very violent, and they attacked earth, which got the attention of other empires. His race then attacked cus they didn't want any witnesses. They were overpowered by the other empires' combined forces, and fled to the center of the galaxy. The grox in their path however blocked them off and killed all but Steve, who made it to the center and hid in it with the grox territory as his protection, being scarred by genocide and karma, he decided to change his ways and became a creator of life instead of destroying it.

5:28 I actually thought you were going to say that the Masaari alien thing (Including Steve) destroyed all the human civilization (The Sims) in Sim City, and thats why there are no humans on earth in Spore. That would actually also make sense, because Steves tells you to go to the 3rd rock from sol system which is earth, because maybe, after destroying all human life form, they conquer and dominate the planet so that now is their planet. But you theory also makes sense... i guess...

To be honest I think that some sims at still alive because the alien sims mite have herd about the grox plan to cause extinction to the human race so the alien sims just took a few humans and leaving the unlucky ones to be killed since that they had not much time

+But Israeli Funny i agree with you this video explains little to nothing okay so masaari appeared in sims killing humans then the grox tried killing the masaari but there is 1 left so how about the fact that steve supposedly is the last human that survived then this theory completely falls apart next the fact that steve is a masaari is based on the fact that his ship is round has 4 claws and a colored ring not very direct evidence and last whats the whole part about the oogie? i dont really understand it and i dont see why this is even relevant for the theory (maybe im a little picky or i might just have watched to much gametheory)

this is a very interesting theory. I've played spore for a while, and only once got to the core, and I also got curious over these other lifeforms 'Steve' talked about.Also, not to be annoying, but at 3:02, what's the music that's playing? The other two I can guess, but, I'm not sure on that one. Plus, it sounds very cool and mysterious ^^

Here is my theory on why the Grix surrounds the center Steve talks about there being other universes where similar spices like you have achieved similar greatness He talks about how their creativity has even spread inside your universes and yours into theirs He obviously referring to the share function over the internet, breaking the 4th wall So if Steve can travel across multiverses maybe his people has conquered some of them too That's why the Grox ate guarding the center, they are stopping Steve from conquering the galaxy
