Here we get stuck in to the repair of the front forks, showing what bits need to be removed and how to do it using the minimum number of tools. Fork removal, strip down, and assess. Next week I will re-build the forks, showing the installation of the all important seals, and I will replace the dust seals too. Then we will see the oil added and finally the fork being replaced onto the bike. Remember my videos are not 'how to' videos , they are showing you how I do it. If you want to try anything I have done that is up to you. This is 'grass roots' mechanics, where you do the job with what you have.
