I did buy the same fork seals (AKA) and sadly they werent good, I will assume it was a factory defect! It kept leaking oil even though the seals were brand new! I purchased OEM fork seals and noticed that the new seals had a double lip and the aftermarket seals only had a single lip. I learned my lesson and from now on I will only buy OEM seals 👍 Now my forks are good to go and leak free 👏👏 good video, cheers 😊

Yes, there are times when OEM is the ONLY way to get what you are after. Glad you got it fixed in the end.

Hi The next thing to do is to re-fill with oil. I forgot to film it when I did these forks. The only time you have to replace the oil is when you are fitting new oil seals, or after a long period of time. But the seals have normally started leaking by then.

20w fork oil and upgraded springs transforms handling of these forks...not so soft...just the 20w fork oil on its own improves the ride...

Yes, you are dead right, they are a little too soft as standard.

Hi I can't remember what seals I used now. I do think that OEM is probably the best way to go especially as they aren't that expensive
