< OverR4t3d I appreciate the help! I saw that Overthrow Disc Golf did a box drill and slappy bird. I'll also work on smaller step and closing my back foot. Once again thanks for the time in going over this, I typically don't wear sandals when I play :)

Thanks so much for this review! Since posting on discord I've reviewed some of the Sebas videos and practiced throwing standstill. I feel like I'm getting more weight shift now. Also no longer having back pain and throwing just as far as when I was running up. Maybe Ill submit another clip once I get some things pulled together!

A bad movement throwing your balance off can cause back pain if you're leveraging your body incorrectly and over compensating, so that's great to hear!
