Formatting Your Chicago-Turabian Paper in Microsoft Word

My understanding is that in Chicago format, the title page should not be counted in page numbers (it is essentially page zero), and that the next page should be numbered 1, not 2.

There are no videos that speak on how to do a Chicago Style Bibliography only. I am stuck. My Professor wants us to do a Bibliography first so headers are not needed.
