when I was a student at a community college Everest tried to recruit me and my immediate response was why would I dropout of this well-respected community college to get a subpar education from you. then they asked me what community college I was attending and I told them the name and they searched it and said sorry for bothering you. your college seems to be outperforming us by a long shot. my last statement to Everest was "at least they aren't a for-profit school like you."

Definitely. Besides, the university was located in a “Ross - Dress for Less” store that had gone out of business. That should have been a tip off that this was a scam operation.

Corinthian Colleges, the owner of Everest, pulled a range of MASSIVE scams, from falsifying reports it filed w/ the US Dept of Ed re: its graduation rates and job placement stats, misinforming students about the financial aid terms, misrepresenting the regional accreditation status, etc. etc. It is THE definition of a scam, my friend!

This is that Dean's 2nd School she worked at that closed down. She probably was a scam artist with a Plea Deal that required her to denounce Everest University. She was the Scam Artist. She was probably caught helping someone who has influence in that Everest University's city. She's of questionable character. The school she worked for before she worked at Everest University was academically dishonest. She probably said Everest University was too to fulfill her Plea Deal agreement. Corinthian Schools closed down because of Predatory Lending practices. Look it up ! That broad is an Aunt Jemimah.
