Agree with keeping Coach DeBoer! I think he learned that every team in the SEC is difficult and you have to prepare…you have to recruit talented depth so you can stay fresh as possible coming off of big games.

Curry wouldn't sign his contract extension and left to coach Kentucky in 1990. He couldn't beat fellow Georgian Pat Dye's Auburn teams.

Curry's problem was he never beat Auburn. That can't happen at Alabama. He did have some good teams that I enjoyed watching and some of my all time favorite players.

Saban came to Bama with nothing. If you are a Bama fan, you should know this. Deboer came to a ready made contender, built by Saban. His clock management allowed Georgia back in the game. His radical non SEC defense allowed Vandy to beat him. His lack of discipline over his players is atrocious.
