Right, politician and lawyer response is what you get when you engage a lawyer or politician. They absolutely MUST be able to avoid and skirt around truth that doesn't help their position. His guilt is as plain as day and an idiot would see thru Robert Telles. But we DO need politicians and lawyers. Funny ain't it?

Two people got set up so a massive probate scam in Clark County can. continue. Pretty simple case. The timing of the killing alone tells you it was a setup. On the very day Telles finally gets the ability to start real investigations into this, German turns up dead. 🎉

People are so blind they're missing the entire point of the surveillance of his little affair. Who allowed these four women to spend their paid time traveling after the boss to get dirt...Rita. that would never happen if this was some generic hostile work environment case.

This DA said nothing of substance we didnt know. This entire segment was, “There’s a trial. The defendant has an uphill battle. Everyone is fulfilling their role. Eventually there will be a verdict.” Why are news segments like this? Such a waste of time.

Telles butchered his chance by being on the stand. He was pathetic and not believable. He should have focused on the photos of his body when he was photographed for evidence. Cuz had German scratched the dna from him, he would have had scratches on his face or body. I saw none. Telles should have made the argument that he shook Germans hand at those interviews conducted and therefore dna was transferred. Next he should hav poked holes in the video evidence presented cuz the time line was very strange. Left his home at 9:10ish yet arrived in German neighborhood at 10:30??? It was 5.4 miles away. 90 minutes to go 5 miles? And then no dna nor blood in the vehicle. How is that possible? Zero blood on the hat. The duffle bag found was not processed? It was back there in the bushes duribg the murder and probably carried the murder weapon after the crime. How is that not processed? Still, too much other evidence to counter. His walk, the car visor, the shoes having his dna, nail clippings with his dna and the digital evidence too much, especially when the text msg from his wife asking him where he was when he said he was home on a walk and low and behold she was home asking. If he were home and she were home, she would have known where he was. Oh and that text was magically deleted from HIS phone. Just a bad defense and he is a horrible speaker. Zero passion. If he truly felt he were innocent he woulda been a lot more angry or intense and had many more arguments and facts to say.
