I disagree with him on one point. Search warrants only allow a search in those areas where the intended search items would normally be kept. For example, you are not allowed to search inside someone's house if you have a search warrant for a stolen car. Searching in a woman's panties drawer for documents is not allowed as documents are not normally stored there. My fellow Americans, what happened her is very dangerous for ALL of us.
