Her credit card debt had already been wiped and she was in no danger of having to repay it when she set up the sting to get Anna to leave rehab so she could be arrested in extradited. Then she was an opportunist after that by selling her story all over the place and writing articles for vanity Fair. Interesting how she worked for vanity Fair then cooperated in a sting even though she wasn't in financial debt and she was in no danger of losing her job or having to repay the credit card and should have been in no financial problems and then cooperates and get a sting that gets an arrested and extra guided and an article with Rachel's pictures the author in it appears in vanity Fair. I know we all like the good guy bad guy scenario but there's a lot of Anna in a lot of people and I don't really see Rachel or Anna as any different. Bottom line the jury had no problem convicting Anna on a lot of charges and they found her not guilty of the charge regarding Rachel. I think the only reason Rachel was mad about that outcome is because it does bring into question the legitimacy of her actions and her story.

Just because Rachel had some good things come out from the experience she had with Anna doesn't mean she didn't experience REAL trauma. I'm happy for Rachel, she deserves to have good things happening. Rachel needed to get the main character of her life back and I would have done the same as she did.

She was milking Anna and was with her just because she assumed she was rich, not because she liked her. She was fake as Anna, but at least Anna was honest about it, this b* pretends to be a victim.

@@colibri4676 you mean she had a panic attack.?? Because in the end she came out more then fine. She didn't once think anything of another person spending enormous amounts of 💰 on her. So yeah this isn't trauma. This was a oh sh* t what just happened. Real people live in real poverty everyday. Can't afford rent and basic necessities and will lose their job because they can't get to work on time when they lose their home and car. Not because they went on a european vacation they couldn't afford. Or because they abused their work credit cards by charging an amount they didn't have permission for. This was a panic attack for not making good decisions and getting "just desserts" for being as much of a fake friend as the wanna be heiress

Being a sociopath and a scammer are not necessarily mutually exclusive. It takes a sociopath to scam on this level. Plus sociopaths get away with it because of their charm, which helps them dupe victims.

@@N0N4M30 She can be both. There can be overlap between sociopathy and narcissism. Her behavior in court displayed narcissism, but sociopathy is her key trait. Sociopaths are scheming, charming, pathological liars, and of course they lack remorse and guilt - that is not identical to narcissism. I recommend you have a look at her 60 Minutes interview.

Is Rachel Williams benefiting from what happened? Probably but the difference is this. Rachel is selling something she actually has, the rights to her story. Why do so many people have a problem with that? She is making a good-faith transaction with willing purchasers and is actually providing them with the promised product
