It never ceases to amaze me that young couples often want to buy a "Move in ready" home with everything done. That often costs a lot more than they can really afford. The sweat equity this couple put in has given them not only a beautiful home but one worth a heck of a lot more than when they started. It would have been nice to see what they had done upstairs too.
