With his advice I handled it off the record. no reason to bring media heat, on officers that had nothing to do with it. And same officers off record told me the crazy cop their supervisor wanted to like your boy set me up and I really feel for him not right!!! The crazy cop some how ended up with sheriff department. Out of 7 fellow school students only 3 were promoted to chief, Detective, retired. The other 4 fired or resigned. The crazy cop moved to Arizona heard he got in trouble there. His brother the sheriff when this was going on, the level headed one ,that made him stop. He the sheriff was accused of SH on a employee female deputy. I don't think happened JMO. He resigned. County insurance coved the civil suit, was never a criminal case 🙄 today's law enforcement are totally different except one in video hopefully he's fired a liability, they know that body cams, can save their azz or put them in prison. Thank God for body cams. I'm 57 those cops are all long gone. I feel for your boy could have easily been me. I parked my car inside and keeped two different vehicles walking distance in my brothers shop. Crazy cop didn't know what I was driving .I even rode a motorcycle full face black helmet to avoid him. All over a car in my driveway. After his officers said he wanted me set up, I thought about getting him to pull me over near my house and have a pew pew fight to take him out. Every cop city and country knew and he'd did same thing to two other guys dating his ex. And I wasn't dating her. I came to my senses a decided not to pew pew him. But I was scared he had a badge to protect him. Hand to hand no weapons😁 id clean his clock no doubt hurt him hand to hand. But thankfully it was resolved without me 187 him or he me. FWC officer was showing signs of impairment. Stuttered while giving SFST instructions, was unable to locate an adult PFD without searching multiple compartments, had difficulty operating the PFD buckle and strap. Appeared to me that his normal faculties were impaired.

Those tests are total bullshit and designed for you to fail. The officer that does his job daily and probably comes up on impaired boaters on a daily basis. Doesn’t even remember the script for the exercises and has to read them off of a pad and you expect somebody to memorize what you just told them in the 30 seconds or minute it took you to describe what you want him to do. I’m sober and was lost less than halfway before the cop completed his script on the excercise he wanted him to do. This guy looked fine to me. I don’t know what the cop was talking about Saying he almost took a face plant Because I didn’t see that and never mind. I realize they are doing their jobs. But to bust people and cost them half their fortune, jumping through all the legal hoops set in place is absolutely ridiculous and a travesty.. Look at what happened when your caught illegally fishing, or have short or over limit fish or lobster. That's what this agency was created for. To protect our water and game specie's.. Now it's turned into a traffic cop on the water division. We all leave the house and go fishing or boating to enjoy and vent off penned up tension from our jobs or relationship or whatever. But it's our land and waterways as public citizens to have our freedom to enjoy without being harassed or arrested . You violate the laws of wildlife taking or fish catching and it's just a ticket or a warning. But violate a no wake zone and go straight to jail with a DUI charge on top to make sure your broke and can't afford to go out and enjoy yourself for a long time. Now here's my take on this particular scene.. When I'm pulled over on the highway I pull out of traffic . Why didn't these guys stop the jet ski and ask him to pull out of the main traffic channel. This way you don't need 300 ft. To go by a pulled vessel. Get off the thru fare. A higher than normal boat wake never hurt anyone or the species your protecting. You could of corrected the situation by telling him the laws and give him a warning being he's not from around there and was probably the most polite person you'd ever pull over. Leaving the girlfriend stranded ist cool. Now what if something happened to her while trying to find a way home. What if she was raped or assaulted and hospitalized or worse killed while your hauling your big fish to jail for enjoying his time together in a traditional way we've all done it for a hundred Years. Major lawsuit if that happened to her. It should be mandatory in a situation like this that two patrol cars are sent to carry one to jail and one home . Because you've now taken responsibility for her safety to arrive home as if she went with her husband or boyfriend. What about that. I'm just really pissed anymore because I grew up in a free country, but now the only place you are the freest is in your house. It's like all these new laws are to control everything we do in our lives outside our property lines.. our freedom is no more. It's all laws and signs. .. You can't fart in public without violating a law.. it's against the law to drink and drive, but ok to sell beer at every store you go to. How about this one for the clincher.. Happy hour! 2 for 1 price. But you have to drive there and home. Afterwards. They bait you to fail so they can trap you. It's a very screwed up system. The entire thing needs evaluation and overhaul. It's turned into a billion dollar business that's putting hard working citizens in the poorhouse deeper by the infraction.. it's out of hand totally!! But the guy broke the law and he's got to pay the Piper.. and the attorney and the government and and and and and.. but hey soldier, I want you to jump out at 10,000 feet at night..
