@@g-uy9meShe made unfounded accusations against the defense, and also hugged the prosecution after the trial. Judges can’t do that. They have to be impartial throughout the whole trial to ensure due process, even if there’s an admission of guilt. Moreover, judges hear multiple cases with multiple defendants. Biased actions in one trial don’t stay confined to that trial. They can influence other trials.
