Former TSU president promised $1.7 million to step down

The financially strap university was willing to pay someone who failed in her position 1.7 million dollars to leave and everyone wonders why the university is deeply in debt and unable to pay their bills. This issue is very normal at HBCUs because the commitment to excellence has line passed us by. Everybody is out for the quick cash and no one is really committed to continuing the legacy from the past.
