Imagine a mod like this but it adds renter complaints and random events like irl and you have to fix it or else their hapiness goes down, and if their happiness is low enough they move out. (That would make it so realistically you can't have this many properties without a lot of issues arising every day)

I think it's pretty realistic that the Landlord doesn't give a crap about their tenant's happiness. Quantity > Quality, after all. No need to worry about keeping regular-but-low-paying tenants when the housing market's so screwed in your favor that people's desperation makes it so you're guaranteed a newer, king's ransom-paying tenant the next day!

Hey Blue, love your content! I have a couple of challenges/ideas for you based on things I want to do in Skyrim, except that I'm playing the unmoddable buggy release on my Switch. 1. I have always wanted to adopt all of the orphans, because I am the sort of person who can't be allowed in animal shelters because they'll try to adopt all the animals. I figure, I have all of these houses, they all have adult supervision (housecarl/steward), so why the heck can't I adopt all the kids?! 2. I always end up with ridiculous amounts of money in Skyrim, but I am the sort of person who would become a philanthropist if I won the lottery, so I would love to see you find mods that allow you to spread the wealth around, if they exist.

Back in the day, in some parts of the world, you had the ability to challenge anyone, including your land lord, to trial by combat. In Scandinavian nations, this was called holmgang. If you won, you could have seize the deed of ownership for your property, you could claim all the landlord's property, and you could even kill him. You could say a number of Blue's clients who attack him are just doing a holmgang, except the land lord has to accept the duel, you can't just kill him. Anyway, if this is some plot to get into the Thieves' Guild while having no thieving skills, I'll have you know the Thieves' Guild in Skyrim does consider it to be acceptable, but only because Maven Black-Briar is their master. But if you're not a friend of her, everything you own is forfeit.

Adding onto this, I could totally see the character losing everything. They barely survived, got stripped of everything, and has to make money so they can reclaim their farm and repend for their crimes. A bit of a story angle, but this one was more story driven. ^^
