Well, both 296 GT3 & 499P have the same engine but they have different overall performance because of FIA's regulations. It's true that they're the champs but it depend on every driver's abilities.

Delighted for Kubica. I'm in Ireland and had to be up for work Monday morning so I stopped watching when Sebastien Buemi had his coming together with Kevin Estre. I'm a Seb fan but believed he deserved the penalty for that and it was obvious he wasn't going to get a podium after the puncture. I watched the finish and race highlights after work Monday.

Here are some details I think you should mention: All three Ferraris are basically the same team: AF Corse. Notice their logo on both yellow and red suits. The AF Corse team ran multiple Ferraris in different competitions over the years. They're a natural partner for Ferrari to run a factory hypercar. GIO gave way to KUB because the yellow Ferrari had an issue with low tyre pressures. At that point in the race, KUB's strategy differed from GIO's. KUB needed to go faster. Otherwise, he would get penalized for the too-low tyre pressure. That's why the team asked GIO over the radio to let KUB through (basically, team orders). What I'm trying to say is that I haven't seen any different customer car put in favour over a factory car. Kubica's arrangement is pretty unique. He has a factory car with his own sponsor's logo (Orlen). He wears a red-white cap; nobody else does. The current arrangement is the only way to keep Orlen involved, as Ferrari has its own partner (Shell). Anyway, that was a great video. Thanks for keeping up the good work!

Double-Yellow drive-thru penalty for #7 Toyota at end of race weak. But they and Ferrari had strong pace. AF Corse always top notch team regardless of class. My Porsche 963's off pace and out on pit strategy. Can't wait for Fuji...
