Great info. I am disappointed that Coral Springs didn’t make the list. We looked at all of the communities you listed (and all over Broward County for 2 years) and kept coming back to Coral Springs. Found the perfect home for us in July. In our opinion, Coral Springs is the best - affordable, lots of parks, shops, services, and no HOA!

I would agree! Coral Springs is great and a great place for families. In order for me not to steer anyone in any certain direction, I go by what niche.com lists as the top suburbs but its all subjective to everybody. I will be doing individual videos on all these different suburbs in the future. Thanks for watching!

I agree and i live in plantation! schools are far better in coral springs but i guess this young guy has no family and doesnt know too much about the schools!?

Only live in Weston if you need the schools - its a cross between the truman show and stepford wives and is VERY spanish

Are Wilson manors and Hollywood considered suburbs of Fort Lauderdale? These places seem to be better for beach proximity and having their own downtown.

they aren't really classed as suburbs as they are so close to downtown really
