No, he loves us, he has feeling for us as seen in his almost but not confession. He kisses us at the very end when we cuddle. He truly wants to protect us and Rillo from Auspo (the brother). And avenge his parents but now he must’ve delt a huge blow to his brother because he thinks he killed him when he starts letting out his emotions to us. He has many reasons to kill his older brother. But he doesn’t just use us. When he comes back he turns to us for emotional support. It is not just about us.

I have a part 5 idea use it if you want it's just an idea: Foryu has a spirit animal but he can't keep his human mind in control while he's in that form. And Oslo isn't dead he got found by "the darker force" and in the next part he comes after us again and Foryu goes into his spirit animal form to protect us but ends up almost attacking us because he can't keep his human mind in control. (Edit thx for the reminder)
