Angie is the definition of a Pick Me who's sold her soul to get a man. Just today I stumbled onto a fairly old Reddit story of a guy that had worked fifteen years and thousands of dollars in IVF to get his wife and later _triplets_ then turns around *_while she's still pregnant_* and starts cheating on her with an OF model then proceeds to plot and almost carry out family annihilation but it gets worse, when he fails he's arrested trying to kidnap the turns out is not a pickmeisha OF model who'd actually warned wife and was helping her get away from him with the 6month old babies! It got so much worse I started getting suspicious... but no, there are police records if you such up the story apparently. His family is blaming the wife fkr the c0ke, the kidnapping, the attempted murd3rs and his overall psychological and legal spiral and is demanding she stands by him, throw OF girlie under the bus and help him or else they'll take the babies from her. 😫 Men and their enablers! Ugh.

I honestly don't trust men at all because of seeing how men have treated the women in my family. I can literally count on one hand the men that I consider to be actually genuine and kind hearted based on being surrounded by women.

I'll tell you something crazy. I just saw this movie for the first time yesterday!!! And now you bless us with this video. Thank you so much!!! I was yelling at the screen the whole time I watched the movie. Angie was a snake that got exactly what she deserved. *This man was willing to set his wife up for a murder that never happened, destroying his own son in the process, so WHAT, pray tell, did she think he was going to do to **_HER?!!!_* My Nona always said, *"The hole you dig for someone else is the one you'll most likely fall into."* (although she said it in Italian, "La buca che scavi per qualcun altro è quella in cui molto probabilmente cadrai.")

Here comes the fun facts: Michelle Pfeiffer, Meg Ryan & Brooke Shields all declined the role of Libby Parsons & Jodie Foster was supposed to play the role. My mom introduced this movie to me and I immediately clocked in to how weird this murder looked. Something was fishy and that is great writing. My mom was impressed that I noticed that detail and to keep watching. I also admired the resilience Libby had. She just wants to get back to her kid and cannot blame her for seeking out revenge against Nick. He took her life away. He took their kid away from her. She has every right to take it back. Part of me is like start a new life. Murder is wrong. The other part, I can excuse it this one time. He is one of the worst. And I like the bond she and the detective had and how he was the only one who believed her

I love this movie. This teaches many a lesson. You can never be too careful. The ones closest to you will be the main ones to hurt you, quicker than strangers. This is one of the reasons why people choose not to be with anyone. You can be with someone for 20 years and still not know them.

And I USED to think this was true. Then I dated a lawyer and went to watch this movie. He proclaimed how much he hated the movie and gave me some schooling. If the events played out in real life how they played out in this movie, she would 100% absolutely be charged with murder again because she killed him in a different state AND the circumstances are different so if she were found guilty of second degree murder the first time, they could get her with first degree, premeditated this time or at the very least, voluntary manslaughter. These are different crimes. I was surprised and most everyone I talk to about it is as well.
