Hard to say , both gpus "should" get on average almost same fps if played @1080p performance mode with a i5-6500, i guess it depends on the prices of those gpus and if you are gonna play anything more graphically demanding games... In the video the i5-6500 is the bottleneck, also in the video i used the rx 570 the same thing

maybe you have got a lot of background apps and services running make sure you only got the windows antivirus and the important system services
