I think the reason for 0 bloom on the tac ar is that they made it a scoped weapon in chapter 4, but removed the scope here when they brought it back. So it function like a red dot with 0 bloom but it’s not scoped in.

In simple explanation: Basically your scoped in but you don’t see your scope, only your character’s eyes do. No wonder you got 0 bloom.

ok so something i think sypher keeps missing is this isnt the same tac ar we used to have just updated its a separate AR and fortnite does this sometimes where they duplicate the gun instead of updating it and give it new sounds and stats make it shoot faster or have less recoil the first tactical AR was getting updated before it had a normal scope that you could never use because the only scopes guns had back then were from snipers but in chapter 5 they updated it so it was able to use the red dot sight scope assuming its for chapter 6 i found this out playing with it in desert zonewars in creative but this one is called the legacy tactical AR which is a duplicate of the tac AR they did the same thing with the hand cannon and branded it the legacy hand cannon so its not that they changed the noise by accident or made a bug that has 0 recoil its exactly how they wanted this new version of the gun to be in its legacy form
