jw why u don't ever take a late apex? I noticed people ask why don't you just 'skid'/drift a bit instead of hard breaking. I'm a casual rammer myself, but playing these games back in the day I met a pro drifter overtake all of us going 80mph on a 40-60mph curve. To this day I just think it's so much faster to sometimes do a late apex if there isn't a chicane up ahead. I remember old xbox games where people would break ahead for the apex and I would just downshift, e-brake and take the inside turn because while they where still slowing down. For Example that corner at 13:15 could be taken well over 60+ mph, as you can tell by the assisted bumping.

Insurance racing 101 on forza motorsports 7. Put it on super easy mode and just hold right trigger, when your behind somebody switch difficulty into medium or hard to pass the racer then put it back on super easy
