Fr. I find that S2 and X, sometimes even the high end of S1 class, are just too powerful to be very practical. They tend to be more focused on certain race types and lose the versatility of lower classed vehicles. A conservative A or low-mid S1 is great for cruising, track racing, street racing, and sometimes even rally if you're using the right parts. It's really easy when you first start playing to just dump all race parts into a car and make a supercar out of a Mini Cooper, even though it's not very drivable.
