So I'm Brazilian and I can say with confidence that the Fiat Uno is the fastest car on the planet! kjkjkjkjkj Jokes aside, the myth behind comes from the fact that the Uno is a "Carro de firma" here in Brazil, meaning that usually, companies like telephone companies or cable TV companies use it for their repairs or installation of new lines across the country, so for working on the telephone poles the ladders are necessary for the work. Explanation of that aside, the joke comes from the fact that at some point it was pretty common to people tune the shit out of this car because it wasn't an "expensive" car (another reason for companies to use it). There are videos of this car betting Camaros and Mustangs on a drag race, and the Uno ALWAYS has the ladder on top

The Ladder powered Uno meme is pretty wild, it's kinda like the Nissan Altima meme where every Altima driver is crazy and drives like a maniac? The same applies to the Fiat Uno used in different companies here, they put ladders on them to reach high street posts (telephone and internet stuff) and the drivers are usually insane and they drive these things like they stole them. You see... this is exactly why Playground Games is less likely to ever add it. Everyone who's into JDM cars has it on their list, but it always comes with the caveat of having tons of customization, which isn't exactly a common thing to see in post-launch car additions. Occasionally, we'll see it, but it's more likely that it'll come with a single widebody kit or a single set of body modifications. That's usually it.

@@tippiebekfast I hate to be a downer in this case, but that's probably never going to happen. You do realize how many cars are currently in Horizon 5, right? The game has over 900 cars right now, and that list continues to grow every month. By the end of this game's life cycle, we might be looking at close to 1,000 cars. That's pretty ridiculous, even for a game that's nearing the end of its support timeline. Launching a brand-new game with that many cars is just not a realistic goal to have. How on Earth would Horizon 6's engine be able to handle loading a potential 1,300-1,400 cars by the time the game is three to four years old? I certainly don't think it could, especially if Playground Games decides to keep the existing engine that they're currently using and not swap to the newer ForzaTech engine developed by Turn 10.

PS2 era car models are obviously much easier to load than a current generation model with all of the exterior and interior details. Plus, there's an enhanced physics model on top of that, too.

Fiat Uno Turbo has a huge following in South Africa too and many car enthusiasts tuned them and even fitted widebody kits to them. Power to weight ratio of the 1400 turbo was insane and even in standard form the torque steer was crazy. In South Africa we called it a "coffin-on-wheels".

Just like to point out, if they add the jzx100, its has a VVTI Single turbo 1jz, compared to the twin turbo non vvti in the Chaser they just added. The newer one was also developed as a BEAMS engine. So they'd 100% need to do new sound recordings.

I'm brazillian and the Fiat Uno myth it's true, there's a lot of jokes about it in the brazillian car scene and even some ridiculous speed tickets that aren't true but just makes the joke even funnier, like a guy who got a ticket from a radar that pointed that travaled 4km (around 2,5 miles) in 25 seconds, another speed ticket pointed a Uno going over 400km/h (+250mph), so yeah, it's true and would be crazy to see this car beating a jesko in FH5 lol !

I'm from Argentina, and I have to say that if they put the Fiat Uno in FH5, it would be the dream come true. The Uno is one of the iconics cars from Latin America, with the Duna, Palio and the famous Fiat 600, predecesor of the 500. Fiat has a huge amount of fans on this side of the planet, but I wouldn't be shure if that's the way right in Mexico, like the case of the Chevrolet Chevy, that in Argentina it's called "Corsa"

What about the 3rd gen irocz camaro for us drag racers. 2 of the cars on the list are cool to get one car on the list would be used as a drift car and most likely nothing else. and the rest would just get forgotten about, I think forza kind of forgets sometimes that there are other communities in the game that do other racing besides drifting and track racing.

I’m going to say that even though the Chaser we got wasn’t on the requested list we were still extremely happy that we got that vehicle including myself. There has been some unrequested cars that the Forza Community was very happy we got. The unrequested cars that we were happy we got is the Toyota Chaser we got in this update, in update 21 we were happy we got the 1985 Ford F-150 & the 1972 Chevy K10, in update 4 I believe the Wuling Sunshine & in Update 30 was the VW Santana/Wuling EV Hatchback which we were not expecting to see. Now there were some unrequested cars that the Forza Community was not happy about & those are the Recycled Cars from Forza Horizon 4, also the new to Forza EV Cars & lots of the new to Forza Chinese Cars. I did and still do mind about the recycled cars from FH4 coming later on in the Festival Playlist but I don’t mind about New To Forza/Horizon EV Cars/Chinese Cars coming in the Festival Playlist but I know lots of the Forza Community does care. Also? I would really love to see a Chevrolet Chevy & I’m excepting to see this car at some point because Forza on their Spanish Accounts mention this car coming at some point. I’m hoping it’s in Forza Horizon 5 as well. I do want to say that Forza Horizon 5 actually did needed an extra year & I know the Forza Community disagrees & although was disappointed about FH6 not revealing this year, I wasn’t surprised & now I’m actually happy about it because I know Forza Horizon 5 has lacked new to Forza/new to Horizon cars at launch & it lacked all of that for at least a year until Update 19 & onwards. But, now we have many new to Forza/New To Horizon Cars as of today with many cool DLC Car Packs (Even though the Forza Community wasn’t happy about the stand alone Car Packs) & many free New To Forza/New To Horizon cars. Believe it or not, I’m very happy that we are getting as much free New To Horizon/New To Forza Cars this year as we did last year. It totally saved/revived Forza Horizon 5. Also? Do you know that the Forza Horizon Series is still growing (especially on Steam the player base is growing constantly)? I can predict even if Forza Horizon 6 releases in Autumn 2025 (around the same time as GTA6 is coming out) that Forza Horizon 6 is still going to be a huge success due to Forza Horizon 5 is still at its growing point. Players are not only looking forward to GTA6 & only focusing on that game, there are still over millions of players looking forward to many other games. I was really concerned about Forza Horizon 6 earlier this year not going to do well & Forza Horizon Series getting killed if it has to go head to head with GTA6. Also? I was worried that Forza Horizon 6 if it had an Autumn 2025 release that FH6 would have as much players as Forza Motorsport 5 had & that’s it & was also worried that Forza was going to go into Bankruptcy (even if Forza is owned by Microsoft). Finally I was worried if Forza can’t keep up with Rockstar Games anymore then Rockstar Games will have to buy Forza (like Hot Wheels or Mattel buying the Diecast Brand Matchbox in 1997 because Matchbox couldn’t keep up). I highly recommend you to search up the Diecast Brand Matchbox. Matchbox puts so much detail into their 1:64 Scale Diecast Cars as of today. I highly recommend from Matchbox the Matchbox Moving Parts. There are two Mainlines in The Matchbox Line up since 2019 & they are Matchbox Mainline Basics & Matchbox Moving Parts (Opening/Sliding Doors, Hoods, Trunks, ETC). For Hot Wheels on the other hand there are also 2 separate Mainlines for those & they are Hot Wheels Mainline Basics & Hot Wheels Premiums.

4:30 Sorry but meme cars like that shouldn’t be added no matter how many votes they get. It only has that many votes because it’s a meme to vote for it. Cars like that and the Nissan Tsuru are wasted cars. I’ve never seen anyone drive the Tsuru since the week it was added and I’ve probably put close to 100 hours on the game since that update. At least stuff like the Peels and the BMW Isetta and unique and people actually drive them but cars like the Tsuru that are only added as a meme are just wasted time and storage on the game.
